Internet Safety

Internet safety is a very important thing. There are many strange and unusual people that try to find young people on the internet. They try to make yupng people believe that they are young to. In all honesty, they really are sick people trying to satisfy their sick minds by kidnapping young people. It is very important that you keep your imformation to a minimum on places like myspace and facebook. Don't post your full name, phone number, or address on your profile. Don't talk to people you don't know, and if they try to meet up with you don't do it unless you know for sure who they are! It is a proven fact that over 50% of people trying to meet up with other people via internet are registered sex offenders. A couple tips on being safe include: 1. Keep your profiles private. 2. Pay attention to the email or display names of the people harassing you. 3. Don't give your address. 4. Get help from authorities if the person won't leave you alone. Remember cyberspace is a big place. With this big place come risks of talking to someone thst's a little to weird for normal people.
